Urban Rooftop Amenity Deck

Designed by Confluence Landscape Architecture, this urban rooftop amenity deck brings together poolside lounging, fire features and gathering areas against expansive city and lake views. The different settings create places to relax and gather throughout the terrace while taking advantage of the elevated surroundings.

Bradley Terrace worked with the project team to select furnishings suited to the demands of the exposed rooftop environment, with weight, durability and wind performance considered throughout the selection process. Collections from Mamagreen, Harbour Outdoor, Cane-line and Vondom provide lounge seating, sectional configurations and chaise lounges across the different areas, with cushion fasteners specified throughout to help secure upholstery in windy conditions. Complementary materials and a restrained palette create continuity across the terrace.
